We’re pleased to confirm that Jonathan Richards has been appointed as Managing Director of Stonebond #Solihull. He will lead our growing business in this region, which is expected to deliver more than 500 homes per annum across the Midlands within the next four years.

Our team in #Guildford is working in partnership with Bluecrest Land, to deliver 90 new affordable homes in #Addlestone, Surrey. A full planning application has already been submitted to transform this previously developed site into a fully affordable, new development.
