Made it to Stokey Beer Fest for the 3rd year running y'day. My first taste of @BoxcarBrwCo Dark Mild was great (of course it was) & Little Earth Project Folly Road was another LEP belter. But, drink of the day, hands down, was Pollen Cider after 4 years on lees. Simply, apple Champagne.

Also - Pollen Cider will be arriving in both 37.5cl and 75cl bottles. This has now been on lees for 4 years and was tasting phenomenal at Stokey Beer Fest last month. Would knock spots off plenty of sparkling wines
