New paper: What happened to media policy under populist leaders during COVID-19? We looked at 🇧🇷, 🇺🇸, 🇵🇱 & 🇷🇸 — 63 interviews + tons of policy docs. Findings: More control than support. And when support came, it favoured pro-gov outlets. Full paper: ijoc.org/index.php/ijoc…
