As mentioned in the earlier tweet, decline in export of chemical seems to have bottomed out in Q3.

Dec'23 and Jan'24 saw a good recovery in chemical exports compared to earlier months of FY24.

Remains to be seen whether this recovery will sustain or not:

International Combustion has reported a very strong set of numbers this quarter too benefitting from lower steel prices & strong demand.

Q4 is generally the best for the company.

Nov'23 export data:
- Chemical exports de-grew by 11% YoY
- Ready-made garement exports continue to be weak
- Cotton Yarn & Home Textiles exports continue to grow albeit at a slower pace.
- Pharma grew by 7%
- Rice exports declied by 27%
- Electronics showed flattish numbers
