On my way home from StickyWings, Batman gave me an escort through Blackwall Tunnel.

As extremely hot weather is due Thursday and our kitchen is in a basement, I expect kitchen staff would be working in a temperature of 40C+, once our fryers are turned on. Our refrigeration equipment may also struggle. So we will be opening at 5pm, as the temp will start to drop.
