Not wholly convinced he actually *was* bowled here. The shot played didn't seem to hit the ball anywhere near the leg stump ๐Ÿค”

THIS! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Shouting at the TV to go in the direction of the taker putting his foot round the ball as every single Everton taker did, he went the opposite for all of the first 5! ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ Got there in the end... ๐Ÿ˜Ž #SaintsFC

Niche observation: absolutely love that whoever put the score graphics together clearly thought "ah, there's no chance they'll need to take more than 15 penalties each", so when it got to 14-14 (1 miss apiece) they had to reset it to 0-0 to continue ๐Ÿ˜‚

Only a cynic would say this is a ยฃ1m payoff from the Premier League to coincidentally ensure the National League supports the scrapping of FA Cup replays and opposes the Independent Regulator. Iโ€™m not a cynic and so am firmly of the view that this is the additional cup

These lads want to be a bit careful, quite frankly. The people who have paid the thick end of ยฃ100 to support the team might care quite a lot if they get the feeling that the "product" doesn't give a shit. They'll take their money elsewhere.

In for the latest edition of "other people in other games knocking the ball away and not getting booked" nonsense this week ๐Ÿ˜‚

League 1 Minus 10: Premier League Match 5 - Southampton 1 Ipswich 1. RPs appreciated. #saintsfc still winless after 95th minute deflection. Featuring young & old, a better back four, Championship strikers and snatching a draw from the jaws of victory. leagueoneminus10.blogspot.com/2024/09/premieโ€ฆ

Not convinced AI will take over the world if it predicts Spurs to finish below Man Utd and Aston Villa despite a) having a better goal difference than both and b) everyone playing 39 or 40 games for some reason.
