Very annoyed BT Problem unable to receive calls on landline, Engineers called, calls to 'BT faults line', 3 weeks later still not resolved, they keep pushing out the date... Not a great problem in the grand scheme of things but very annoying... Ofcom

Steve Foster looks like BT work at a snails pace when it comes to sorting me out... looks like we are back to to the problem of 3wks ago. Openreach just as bad... moved from Virgin Media ❤️ to get away from problems but they are part of it...

To BT I have an on going problem we cannot receive incoming call on our bt line... this fault more than 3wjk old.. mother-in-law at 97 cannot understand why we don't answer her. we try to explain that it's BT fault. I hope she doesn't need us urgently
