Thank you Evan Solomon for the opportunity to share this story with your viewers. An amazing #teamofteams stepping up at a time of need in keeping with a great Canadian tradition.

The sad part is we have the same level of ignorance here in Canada, luckily, at least for the time being they would appear to be in the minority.

The absolute last thing the CAF needs is for ‘parliament to step-up’ as they will just get in the way. Has anyone watched Question Period or the general behaviour of our politicians of late??? OMG what a terrible idea. The reality is the CAF is making progress, give it time….

The size of these crowds are irrelevant. This divisive man is un-electable in a general election unless you are planning for a far-right minority coalition of Conservatives & People’s Party. US style, populism is a very dangerous path to be pursuing.

Never let the facts get in the way of a politician’s self-serving rhetoric. My concern is 🇨🇦 can’t AFFORD the Lib-NDP coalition, and can’t RISK a Far-right Cons-People’s Party union. We need the centralists where the majority of Cdn appear to land. #KeepOutExtremists

I would tackle this differently. CAF mbrs are paid by the 🇨🇦 taxpayer to be deployable at all times as the nation’s force of last resort (floods, blackouts, fires, snow, pandemic, peace-making, counter-terrorism, war-fighting) If they can’t do their job, they take a pay-cut.

A very dangerous man; with a divisive message and no actionable plan for change. Propped up by opportunistic political insiders who are completely unaccountable to the electorate and only care about winning, regardless of the costs.

For a former federal cabinet minister to make such a comment is alarming. His ignorance on issues of nat’l security & defence - that underpin our prosperity & way of life - is terrifying. When your only adult life experience is partisan politics I guess I shouldn’t be surprised

Tactical / Technical Excellence - Strategic Irrelevance. We have continually wasted the stellar efforts of those at the coalface - due to shortsighted, risk averse, self serving executives. Regardless of industry or domain. #thinksmall, actsmall, youaresmall

In a country where often great ideas that benefit all society are born, this is the absolute other end of the spectrum. Gun fighting is a perishable skill that requires constant training to remain effective. A perfect example of applying the wrong solution to a wicked problem

Have you ever seen a military recruitment ad like this? Whoever was involved in this production should get a raise. Commissioned by an American Military Psyops Unit. Sound on.
