Construction work is now underway at Wisbech St Mary Football Club on the new 3G football pitch which is expected to be ready for play in around 14 weeks time. It will be a fantastic new facility, and with 29 teams playing at the club it will make a real difference.

Food security is an essential part of national security. I agree with NFU Deputy President David Exwood that using our best agricultural land for solar is a mistake. Instead we should put solar on rooftops wherever possible, and otherwise on less productive land.
