Must-read post about regulating broadcasters' impartiality. Ofcom needs to resolve two issues:

1. What is 'news' & 'current affairs' (no def). Should programmes be labelled?

2. What % of time reflects 'alternative perspectives' in a programme (no def.). 10-15% airtime? More?
