Web components are amazing. You should likely rewrite that React component as a WebComponent instead. It is best to build with things that are built into the browser. 1. It'll last forever 2. It can be reused

Playing around with redis streams today and it is quite nice. I know Kafka is the king of that space, but Redis streams seem to provide 90% of the functionality with a tool that likely already exists in your stack.
