Someone from my institution asked whether I would give a disability DEI talk to the summer students this summer. But the last time I gave a talk here it led to 3 meeting with my HR about how I'm toxic and hurtful for suggesting ways to not use ableist language. Should I?

It's tough to want to be in academia to try to make a change and support the next student but also I want to get our of here as soon as possible
