#StatsSA officials engaging with the media about the Coega Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Survey 2023 report that was handed over to Coega Dev Corp. The survey measures #income , capital expenditure, #employment , and imports and exports at the SEZ at Gqeberha.

#Mining production increased by 5,0% in February 2024 compared with January 2024, the largest m/m increase since March 2023 (5,2%). Production was up 9,9% y/y in February 2024.
