A thread on the most underrated Great British product: Perry. Perry (as well as cider) is usually an add-on to most real ale festivals. However, perry is closer to fine wine and is excellent with food.

Unfortunately perry suffers from associated with babysham and lambrini which has meant we really do not give it the attention it deserves. I leaned all this from @Adam_HWells excellent talk at The Station House promoting his book "Perry: a drinkers guide".

I highly recommend trying these out perry while you still can as there is a real possibility they will either will shoot up in price or become extinct cidervault.co.uk
