Dr. Lesley Anne Warner is a Senior Policy Advisor in U.S. Mission to the UN’s DC office. Previously, she was the principal adviser to Eliot Engel and Rep. Gregory Meeks on Sub-Saharan Africa at House Foreign Affairs Committee Dems.
