On this day in 1777, the Second Continental Congress adopted the flag of the United States, representing the dream of creating a more perfect union. This Flag Day, let's remember that we all share that goal and must continue to work together to achieve it! Happy Flag Day!

It was great being able to attend the superintendents meeting to hear the issues and concerns that they are having in their districts. I am excited to see how we can all work together to make sure these issues are being taken care of for a better future for our children.
