Our incredible team in Shanghai represents the United States in a district that is home to over 240 million people. Today, I thanked them and Consul General Scott Walker for the complex but vital work they do each and every day.
In Beijing, Secretary Antony Blinken will meet with senior government officials for discussions on a range of issues, including the importance of continued progress to fulfill commitments made in California last fall.
