🚀 Captain Starlight became a shining light for Ari. “Captain Starlight & the Starlight Express Room are the only things that make the hospital enjoyable, and without them this whole experience would have been virtually unbearable for Ari” says Ari's mum Maria.

Livewire teens have been working hard to produce a series of reimagined artworks.

Inspired by a Banksy work – Show Me The Monet, the Livewire team started sourcing vintage paintings for Livewire patients in hospital to remix with collage, drawing or painting.

Evan's daughter Lexi was devastatingly diagnosed with a cancerous Wilm's Tumour on her right kidney that had ruptured & spread to her lungs. As a keen cyclist, Evan decided to take on the Chain Reaction Challenge to raise money for Starlight.

The rural health team from Charleville QLD reached out to see if we could hold a ‘Captain Starlight 3rd Birthday Party’. This is where all the children who are turning 3 come along, enjoy birthday cake, have some Starlight fun, all while completing health checks along the way!

Through our Healthier Futures Initiative, Starlight partners with healthcare teams to visit remote communities.

⭐ With fun and games, Captain Starlight entertains and distracts kids during their health clinic visits, ensuring more kids access the vital health checks they need.
