Jealous? No. I learned a long time ago that there was no point in being jealous of her. That still stands to this day. Plus, I don't need or want friends like those she has.

I was nothing more to them than a way to ensure she remained safe with the shit she decided to do. Every sport, every club, etc. I had to be a part of it as well. Not that hard for us to be so different simply because we were raised together.

She and I have spoken several times. I know she does...and part of me does her as well. As I've told her, I hold no resentment towards her for their actions. It's why she came to you and I both for advice the other night.

For Val's sake, I will not say no to maybe eventually. I will say don't hold your breath, however.
