This limited her so much as proceeds after the sale would still be taken by her husband, however, Uzieri's husband attended a focused group financial literacy training that was carried out by ACFODE which made him commit to supporting his wife in her coffee business.

We have conducted an inception meeting with Rubanda district officials, during which we provided a comprehensive briefing on UCOBAC’s role in capacity dev't in the Latest Land Registration project we are implementing in collaboration with CORDAID with support from UN-Habitat

We had a busy weekend
On Saturday, we organized inception meetings to kick off the 2nd phase of the Land at Scale Project in the Mazimaza, Naweyo, and Kachonga sub-counties in Butaleja district.We held stakeholder mapping sessions & developed advocacy planning strategies.

Where does this leave the grassroots women who might not have the money to buy such property?

Ms. agnes k noted in her keynote address that Africa imports the most critical and nutritious foods to other countries and yet we import highly processed foods that comes along with obesity and over weight. What a shame🤭🤭

This is what Africa aspires to achieve by 2063 and 2030 however, the practice is the opposite because Africa has not offering research, organized markets for indigenous African food, not created demand for our local foods...
