Big thanks to our Parent Council for our spring disco - we love to boogie 🕺

P5/6 enjoyed their first session with the Celtic Foundation. We learned about physical activity and what activities contribute to our active day Celtic FC Foundation 🏋️‍♀️🤸

P7 learned about renewable energy and the many skills / job roles involved within this field of work. Very relevant links made to the Global Goals for our learners too. They also enjoyed trying on some safety equipment!👷🏻‍♂️

Thanks to Liam who captivated P6/7 and P7 when sharing information about his job as a criminal lawyer and football agent. Lots of fantastic questions asked by our inquisitive pupils! ⚽️👨🏻‍🎓⭐️

P6/7 were captivated by Mr Wildman's talk about his career as a geoscientist and the different countries that his job has taken him to. They were excited to handle and examine under a microscope rocks and fossils that were millions of years old!

P1 and P1/2 met Dr Wildman who is a GeoScientist. Amazing talk and interactive input. 🔭🥼🔬

P5/6 enjoyed their World of Work Walk spotting different jobs in their community.

Our upper school stars of the week ⭐️ We have a common theme of showing kindness to others- a very important value to display ⭐️

P6 had a worldly experience learning about rocks. They used equipment to look at different rocks in detail and were wowed at seeing the oldest known rock on our planet- a meteor aged 4 and a half billion years old! Awesome! Thanks to Mr Wildman from Glasgow University 👏
