P7 developed their skills providing constructive feedback to their peers during writing. Lots of great discussion based on the success criteria and tools for writing skills. 📝😀

Outdoor learning in action! 🌿 P2a have been busy creating scenes to explore children’s rights and building spelling words with natural materials.

📚📖📚 Primary 6 had a great time Reading for Enjoyment and chose a book for their partner to read today. They enjoyed the opportunity to choose books based on themes that they hoped their friends would find interesting. 📚📖📚

P6/7 enjoyed inventing and playing their own card games for consolidating their knowledge of the colours in Spanish. 🇪🇸

P2 are learning to aim at a variety of targets and count in 1's and 2's. 🏐

Primary 6 have been celebrating #mathsweekscotland by completing Finn Finity's Wild Maths Zoo Adventure.

P4 have been exploring children's rights through lots of team work and creativity. We've been busy designing and building our own 'Rightsville' — a village where every child belongs. Stay tuned to see it come to life. 🏠 📚 🛝 🏫 ⛪️

P4/5 learning about climate change as part of Climate Action Week.

P7 learned about renewable & non-renewable sources of energy. They worked collaboratively to rank the various types of energy using a diamond nine grid. Effective listening & talking skills were on display throughout. 💡👏🏻

P6/7 combined activities for Maths Week Scotland and Climate Action Week. They calculated their carbon footprint and used their iPad to display the data using graphs and charts.

Primary 5 created and acted out scenarios related to their chosen UNCRC Article.

As part of Climate Action Week P3 watched a short video about climate change and worked as part of a group to discuss ways we could help protect the planet. 🌍 ♻️

P2b enjoying maths week, with a splash of Spanish 🇪🇸

As part of Wild Maths Week, p1a investigated the colour, shape and size of leaves 🍁

🌿📏 P2a took maths outdoors today! Using natural materials, they estimated & then measured 1 metre.👏 A fantastic outdoor maths challenge full of teamwork & problem solving!
