Red team had a great time yesterday learning the skills of orienteering at Brodick Castle. Some exhausted faces at the end! 😴

A great first day in Arran for the green group. We spent the afternoon on the climbing wall and developed lots of confidence 🧗‍♀️

The Red Team faced the challenge of the climbing wall this afternoon. Amazing resilience and determination shown by the team to conquer their fears and face the wall. Well done Red Team 🟥♥️💪🏼

Tonight's activity is night line! Lots of good team work on show!

This morning we sheltered from the awful weather playing ‘The Survival Game’ in the woods. We learned about how creatures hunt to survive and took on the roles of slugs, voles and owls. A great and mucky time was had by all!

Final activity of the night. Orienteering round the centre. Working in pairs to get all 20 points on the star course. 🗺️ 😊

A morning of rock climbing for the blue team. Great concentration, communication and problem solving to find the best path to the top! 🧗 😃

The Red Team enjoyed a morning learning to kayak, which we soon learned was rather challenging in the breeze 🚣‍♂️ followed by some fun jumping into a rather chilly sea 🌊

The Red Team then spent the afternoon walking to Kildonan on the south side of Arran to do some seal spotting 🦭, rock pooling 🦀 and firelighting with Martin 🔥. What a great day!

A fantastic afternoon gorge walking for the blue group. Lots of us moving from the comfort zone to the stretch zone during this activity.

The Red Team finished off the week with gorge walking. What a great experience and we all loved every minute of it! Lots of splashing, tumbling, sliding and jumping all round. Arran 2024 - DONE ✅🤩
