Thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund £20000 funding St Mark's Heyside will be able to refurbish the toilets in the fantastic Heyside community resource, St Mark's Parish Halls which are used by many community groups & individuals daily. Thanks to National Lottery players for #MakeAmazingHappen!

Revd Liz and Winnie were at their last Tuesday morning Eucharist at St Mark's today before her final service as their Vicar on Sunday. Winnie often attended the service & always headed straight for Lynn! Today they had their goodbye cuddle! Winnie will miss her friends there.

Huge thanks to Archdeacon Karen Smeeton for presiding at St Anne's this morning on her 1st Sunday as Archdeacon of Rochdale, to enable Revd Liz to say goodbye to her St Mark's family. Prayers for Karen as she begins this new ministry- we look forward to working alongside her.
