Roads are slippery throughout the county. Our Public Works crews started early and are treating roads, but be aware to use extra caution and slow down for any morning travels.

Next Tuesday's County Board meeting is moving due to a furnace issue at the Cedar Valley Town Hall near Floodwood, where we'd been scheduled. The new location will be the Floodwood Downtown Fair Center, 107 West 7th Avenue in Floodwood.

Rice Lake Road in Duluth remains closed to thru traffic but someone clearly wasn’t reading the signs!
Thankfully, today’s visitor bearly affected the culvert replacement work and the road is still expected to re-open on Saturday.
