Session with the Buzz Hub St Helens CDP disability adults today, the squad were on 🔥. Ended up with a 10 x 30 space , adaptability has to be in a coaches toolbox , stretched the ability and they all loved the activities, just a joy to be with them tbh, only 1 session a month but it’s 💚
