Year 5 started their new art topic for this half term. Today they looked at how colour is used. We created a colour wheel showing complimentary colours, painted a monochromatic scale and looked at which colours are warm and which are cold. St Teresa of Calcutta CAT #makinglivesbetter

Year 6’s trip to Bolton ERC, where they learned about the course of a river and looked at some of the features. This was a great hook to our Geography topic - rivers.

Year 6 were lucky enough to have a visit from Prevent2Protect team, who worked with us to understanding what a gang is and how to identify gangs trying to groom children. It was a wonderful session and the team said our children were a credit to us St Teresa of Calcutta CAT
