This is John Kelman who was the former chief scout at Celtic FC.
John appointed at least three Paedophiles to the Celtic scouting system - They would incredibly join many more abusers at the club.
He also scouted players and put them to Celtic Boys Club where some were abused.

Imagine a 19 year old boy with no football background asking the European champions if he could start a youth team using their name - It sounds crazy doesn’t it.

That’s what Jim Torbett did and within a few years Celtic FC had employed another Paedophile to help run the club

Frank Cairney was known as a Paedophile before he joined Celtic Football Club.
Cairney would go onto abuse many Celtic Boys Club players and was forced to resign from the club yet they allowed him back again to help appoint Tommy Burns.
How must his victims have felt seeing this?

Why would Celtic Football Club let this teenager with no football background start their Boys Club?

Why would they then take him back after he admitted abusing players at the boys club and let him travel abroad with young vulnerable boys?

Serious questions need answered.

Why did the SFA report into abuse in Scottish football not see fit to include this cross border abuse that linked Barry Bennell, Bill Kelly and Jim McCafferty.

Why was so much missed out of the SFA report?

CELTIC EAST BOYS CLUB

One of the officials at Celtic East Boys Club Neil Strachan was one Scotland’s worst every Paedophiles and incredibly he was convicted BEFORE he joined the boys club.

Even more incredible is that this failing was not included in the SFA report into abuse.

Two Paedophiles were given backing and support by the leadership of Celtic Football Club AFTER being exposed for abusing their players.
This must have been sickening for the victims to see.

There must be a full independent Inquiry.

There were more Paedophiles within the Celtic organisation than any other club in the world yet the Scottish government and SFA turn a blind eye.
