Thanksgiving Holiday Hours: Spokane County offices, departments, SCRAPS and Veterans Services will be closed on Thurs.-Fri., Nov. 27-28, 2025. Spokane County Transfer Stations will be closed on Thurs., Nov. 27th, & reopen Fri., Nov. 28th from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
