Troy Johnson passed 500 runs in Saturday’s game in the league for the season. He has averaged 84 with 4 fifties and a century. He has also taken 16 wickets this season, averaging 16. Plus he happens to be a top bloke, everything you would want in an overseas player.

We’ll be welcoming Troy Johnson back to Spencer this season. An integral part of our coaching team, Troy had a fantastic debut season for us last year scoring 518 league runs and taking 18 league wickets.

We’re thrilled to introduce Jack Scriven as the newest addition to our playing & coaching team. A Level 3 coach, Jack joins us from Cranleigh CC, where he served as Director of Cricket and became the club’s all-time leading run-scorer -while also taking an impressive 280 wickets.

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Martel Evans as Spencer ONE and Girls Academy Head Coach. Martel has quickly developed to become a valued member of our senior coaching team, inspiring so many with his infectious enthusiasm and boundless energy.

Thank you to DurantSports who recently delivered and built our 4 new mobile batting cages. The team also revisited our indoor net to extend the playing surface out to the edges of the building creating more defined and level playing lane.
