Only my second visit Gurston Hill Climb this weekend since my 2015 debut, car packs a bigger punch these days and runs Motorsport UK list 1B rubber and whilst the track looks as challenging as ever I should be able to trim a little off my current 39.89 PB.

This weekend Gurston Hill Climb it’s Rds 3/4/5/6 of the British Hillclimb Cup. Just sitting on top paddock after Rd3 and fairly happy with 2nd place to Tony Adams and 6pts with a missed gear at Karousel, maybe more to come in Rd 4 later this afternoon...

Had to give best to Tony Adams in BHCup Rd5 but managed to get the WIN!!!! in Rd6 and set a new PB in the process 37.56! Thanks to all at Gurston Hill Climb for a fantastic weekend, great company and competition. Looking forward to Shelsley Walsh next weekend 😎

Long overdue first visit to Doune Hillclimb LCC this weekend for a British Hillclimb double header, secured 4x2nd place finishes against some keen local opposition. PB run, 52.00 below.

Nearly bit off more than I could chew at Barbon on Saturday, a bit greedy on a very wet P2, big effort to stay away from the Armco…🙈 I needn’t have tried so hard a it dried up for the timed runs and I set a new PB 29.00

Delighted to confirm that I have once again qualified for the FIA Hillclimb Masters as part of the UK team. Braga in Portugal on 8-10th October 2021. Gubbio was an amazing experience, I’m sure this will be too 🤩

Love rallying, especially the Monte but #wrclive FIA World Rally Championship is unwatchable. App is laid out like a local paper, Top 10 then 3 WRC2 is not coverage, blipvert cutting between in-car and driver facing view (useless) and worst of all the non stop inane chatter from commentators 🤬

Being a car nerd certainly ruins “period” drama, some howlers in here SD3 Rover (84), MkIII Granada (85), MkII Orion (86) #carcontinuitymatters #thegold what say you @autopap 🫣🙄 😆
