Usual week with missing players and the gaffer in goal but all the heart and desire missing two weeks ago very much present today as we come from a goal behind to win 2-1 against Junction Elite FC. In the hat for the next round. #RoadToImberCourt

It ends Desmond this morning with Selhurst FC whose league position definitely isn't reflective of the squad. Both sides missing personnel but a fought game played in good spirit with chances spurned. Both feeling they could have won it. Look forward to the reverse.

A good 7-3 win in the Surrey Cup this morning over St Andrews. A good reaction to going 2-0 down early as we ran away in the second half to reach the QF of the Surrey Cup.

A competitive 2-2 draw with Junction Elite FC this morning. Not a game with a large number of chances. Thought we had nicked it late on but Junction hit back to share the spoils

Tough loss on penalties to AFC Southborough in the Surrey Cup QF. A great effort with 10 men for an hour to take a 2-1 lead before our CBs arm somehow managed to detach and form part of his back late on. A hard fought match. All the best to AFC Southborough in the semis

A bare 11 (one late) against Parklife FC this morning. Wanting to right the wrongs of our worst performance of the season against the same opposition at home we took a 2-0 lead before being pegged back to 2-2. V33J4Y 🇱🇨🇩🇲 coming up clutch late on to take a deserved 3 points.

Hard fought point against St Andrew's Club SW1 this morning. A depleted squad allowing us to give a couple of the new generation a run out (Chessington & Hook Utd FC u18s) as we drew 0-0. Potentially could have gone either way with good chances either way.

First meeting with Albion FC ends in a 3-1 victory. Opposition were well organised and competed well with 10 men but 2 goals from the skipper and a late one from DH took us into next week's QF. A tough task away at friends/rivals Carpet Football

Into the semi finals of the ML Cup with a 1-0 win over Carpet Football. A game made tougher by two sin bins and a red card but the boys ensured like the league game that the sheet remained clean...carpet not so. Best of luck to Carpet for the rest of the season. #InTheHat

A tough semi final against SWAG FC. A couple of adjustments after going in 0-1 at half time saw us take a 3-1 lead. SWAG pulled one back with about 15 left but the boys held firm to see out a 3-2 win and book our place alongside Clapham Rovers FC in the final of the Marcus Lipton.

Not to be Sunday as we again fell at the final hurdle of the Marcus Lipton Cup. Full credit to Clapham Rovers FC who never looked back after taking the lead towards the end of the first half. Worthy double winners.

Another QF against Carpet Football who had dubbed it the GET BACK. There was to be no such thing as we ran out comfortable 4-0 winners. #TheSportingWay #SportingFootball #SheetStillClean #CarpetSoiled Magpie Recruitment next. Congrats to them on promotion to the Prem.

Last week our FBC run came to an end against Magpie Recruitment. A strong first half should have seen us lead by more than 1 but our opponents fought back well second half with 10 men to take us to penalties and the all too familiar loss which tends to follow spot kicks.

Yesterday we played South West Rangers in the league. A good spirited game ended 1-1. Using the full depths of the squad an admirable effort was rewarded with a point after Josh Thorne's first goal for the club.

With a number of players away/injured the boys produced a thoroughly professional performance this coming Sunday to take 3 points off AFC Balham. It has been referred to as a walkover in some parts.

A tough last game of the season with limited availability saw us crushed by Carpet Football who took full advantage with memories of our recent wins no doubt inspiring a demolition job. Well done on 2nd place chaps. #SheetNowNeedsReplacing #CarpetRefurbished

Another season comes to an end with an improved effort anchored by strong cup efforts to reach the ML Final and FB semi finals. More consistency in selection needed in the league but a slightly improved return there as well. A good rest now before we go again.
