Defensemen: Don't 'windshield wipe' When on-ball as a pole, you want to try and use your cross/v-holds to manipulate. Dodgers get you chasing their stick--you'll often give up body position as well #3 going over the head allows #2 from Yale to easily roll back w/o resistance

Boys lax lost to Lexington 10-3 today. The boys put together an overall strong performance and competed for 4 full quarters. We did a lot of good things today and definitely got better today, have to build off if this!

What does a Strong Team Culture Look Like? 1. We over Me 2. Process over Prize 3. Learning over Knowing 4. Humble over Arrogance 5. Positivity over Negativity 6. Serving over Self-Serving 7. Encouraging over Ignoring Culture Wins.

Boys Lax with a strong 13-3 win Vs Watertown. The boys played a complete game, setting the tone jumping to a 7-1 lead at the end of the 1st. The boys played as a team and with control the entirety of the game. Great overall performance and a great way to end the week on Sr night

Coaches. The little things matter. How clean you keep your locker room. How you line up your helmets when not in use. Do your athletes touch the line every rep. It’s a mindset that’s gets paired with action. Consider this.
