This week I unplugged & spent a few days out in nature with the kids before school started! While camping in a state park, we also went on a cave tour, did a ropes course, floated for miles down a river, made s’mores, played games, & hiked some trails. #GetOutdoors #Summer2033

Last week I went on an amazing Montana adventure! I backpacked 5 days and 60 miles in Flathead National Forest and then did a bonus 12 miles to Grinnell Glacier the next day to soak my feet in a glacial lake. These are the types of moments that’ll never be forgotten 🥾🎒🏔️🐐🐻

Taking Tough Mudder to a whole different level in 2024 w/ the Holy Grail Endurance Series!💪🏼I’ll be going in & out of the water repeatedly for hours upon end, & w/ my small 105# body comes the very real risk of hypothermia. The cold is my #1 safety concern…so it’s wetsuit time!

HQ gave me a special assignment yesterday and had me put on a princess dress, run the race, & shoot some promos for the Netflix movie Damsel, which comes out on Friday! I had to channel my best Elodie to conquer the already tough obstacles in Damsel style 😎 More pics to come!
