This photo was the toughest time of my life, fortunately I can see the love in it now. He’s 23 today, yesterday he got a 1st class in his physics degree from the University of Bristol. I’ve never been so proud or understand why I went through the awful time I did.

I’ve had life changing sepsis, with considerable amount of time as a patient in Basildon Hospital. The staff have been incredible, especially the nursing students. They saved my life, I’m eternally grateful NHS England so it’s slow at work but I’m back on minimal hours x
