Come out and support both baseball and softball in the 1st round of the 2024 NCHSAA playoffs tonight! Baseball hosts Alexander Central at 7PM and softball hosts Cox Mill with first pitch scheduled for 6:30PM!

Baseball earned the 7 seed in the 4A West and will host Alexander Central tomorrow (Tuesday 5/7) at 7PM.

Softball earned the 1 seed in the 4A West and will host Cox Mill tomorrow (Tuesday 5/7) at 6:30PM.

Make plans to attend the 2024 South Caldwell baseball camp from June 4-6th. Camp is from 9AM-12PM. Cost is $45 and registration sheet/payment must be completed prior to or on the morning of June 4th.

Boy tennis: South Caldwell Athletics claimed the Northwestern Conference automatic 4A bid for the upcoming NCHSAA dual playoffs with a 5-4 win against Pioneer Athletics in the play-in game this afternoon at Hibriten Panthers

Good luck to men’s tennis and men’s golf as they hit the road this afternoon!

Men’s tennis will be taking on Watauga in a neutral site match at Hibriten to determine the 4A automatic team playoff representative from the NWC! Men’s golf will be in action at Brushy Mountain.

Congratulations to senior student-athlete Jayden Drum on signing his NJCAA letter of intent to play soccer at Cape Fear Community College!

Last week, Bryson Genwright raised his season average to over .400 while going 3-5 with 3 timely RBI’s. Nate Hall improved his season record to 8-0 on the bump with a 2.56 ERA and also went 3-6 at the plate. Congratulations Bryson and Nate!
