the issue was that the game deliberately ran at >= 62 FPS, accumulated timing errors, and would execute additional game logic ticks to compensate. error was then reduced at a rate of 60.5 FPS. in both the mod and vanilla, the game ran too fast!

just released an update for the SADX frame rate limiter which fixes a persistent game logic stutter that was caused by limiting the game to a perfect 60 FPS! users should get this via the automatic update system.
