My lovely wife surprised me with new BicycleCraftBrewery. Two great examples. 1. Bullseye IPA: More bitter and less sauv blanc-y than expected with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, but still yummy. 2. Electric Dragon: Never heard of Dolcita, but the tasting note from the can is spot on!

Brewed to celebrate the anniversary of Omnipollo's bar in Tokyo, this IPA is dry, crisp, and tropical. It has a bit of a saison-y finish. Omnipollo

Young Rival from MERIT Brewing Co. ended up in my basket entirely because of the can. Medium-bodied and rich, it's mostly flavours of apricot and peach with a lingering hop bitterness and dryness. Yummy stuff!
