U.S. Marine Corps Private First Class Danny Wray Engesser died in a helicopter crash (medevac) on August 31, 1967 in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam. Danny was 18 years old & from Rock Island, Illinois. F Co, 2nd Bn, 3rd Marines. Remember Danny today. American Hero. Forever 18.
