Our lab did a science outreach activity with preschoolers today. The students taught the children about ‘good’ microbes and ‘bad’ microbes with a pizza dough activity (yeast) and a handwashing activity. So fun! ⁦Cheeke Soil Microbial Ecology Lab⁩

Dr. Cheeke took undergrads Ashley and Marcy to Kansas to collect data for ongoing research! Gunner has been here all summer working on his own research, but he took an afternoon to help us out.
