FOSTA/SESTA was the main game-changer. That's affected advertising, screening, etc. Then pile covid on top of that. Perhaps it's not so sudden; I think the advent of social media's meant more people dipping their toes into the market, then realizing it's harder than it looks. πŸ˜‰
