Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) shows how countries turn N inputs into harvests 🌱. Some achieve 60-70% NUE, but others lag at 35% 📈. Surprisingly, some places exceed 100% 🤯, causing "Nitrogen mining," depleting soil nitrogen while growing crops. Nathan Nelson #AGRON835
