Sobos (16-5) defeat Mooseheart 70-40 behind a record-setting night from Ross Robertson, where he became the school’s all-time scoring leader!! Robertson finished with 33 points and 17 rebounds. New All-Time Scoring Leader 1. Ross Robertson 1,858 2. Peter Scalia 1,831

Sobos go on the road and defeat Westminster Christian 70-39 to move to 17-5 (6-0). Sobos were led in scoring by Robertson with 24 and Payton-Ruff with 20.

Sobos defeat Christian Life 46-32 to move to 18-5 (7-0) and win the regular season conference championship! Robertson led the way with 13 points, 21 rebounds, 3 blocks, & 3 steals! Darius Hampton was huge off the bench with 11, and Payton Ruff added 10.

Sobos with a matinee W over Marengo 71-47 to move to 19-5 on the season!! Robertson led the way with 28 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists, and 5 blocks! Des Hampton had 10 points, and Payton-Ruff and Darius Hampton each added 7.

Sobos (20-6) defeat Christian Liberty 58-37 to advance to the title game of the NAC tournament. For the third year in a row, it’ll be Sobos vs. Harvest Christian. Tip off is at 5:30. Robertson led the way with 21, Payton-Ruff had 14, and Des Hampton 9.

Sobos (22-6) defeat North Boone 50-35. Ross Robertson’s 27 points puts him over 2,000 points for his career!!! Payton-Ruff adds 11 and Fane was great with 5 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists!

Sobos (23-7) open the state tournament with a 58-28 victory over Stockton. Payton-Ruff led the balanced effort with 19, Robertson with 17, Des Hampton 9, and Porter 7. Fane was great with 10 assists!

Sobos Boys Basketball defeats East Dubuque 32-31 to advance to the Regional Championship for the third consecutive year! They will take on Lena-Winslow on Friday, 2/23 at 7pm in East Dubuque

Sobos (24-7) go into East Dubuque and grind out a 32-31 regional semifinal victory over the Warriors. Robertson led the way with 16 points & 14 rebounds. Desmond Hampton with the game-winning layup with under a minute to play. Then got one stop to end the game!

Sobos (25-7) win their third straight regional title with a 48-44 win over Lena-Winslow!! Robertson led the scoring with 21. Desmond Hampton, Porter, and Payton-Ruff all with 8. Real proud of this team!!

The Sobos (25-8) season comes to an end with a 50-35 loss to Eastland. Robertson led the scoring with 13 & Porter had 9. So proud of this group & everything they were able to accomplish this season. Thank you, seniors, for everything you’ve given to the program the last 4 years!
