Agreed. And the discussion of standing is very disturbing. By allowing parties who don’t have a real alleged injury to proceed with their claims, the majority opens the door for other weak (and inappropriate) claims in many other cases that try to weaken civil rights protections

While I cannot verify the accuracy of these recordings, if true then kudos to CJ Roberts for acknowledging the fundamentals of our constitution. (And sad when that is something that deserves credit from SCOTUS).

Regardless of what SCOTUS does with Chevron, decisions like these are already defanging the administrative state. And allow discrimination to flourish all over our country. Shameful.
