Nah Destiny 2 Team dmg04 this howl change isn't it. This essentially makes howl of the storm worthless in PvP. It doesn't even freeze, and it still has the shard cooldown in pvp...the cooldown applies after making 6 shards btw, so what am I going to do with 8 crystals then?
