Very happy to present our latest preprint NCCR Microbiomes DMF UNIL in collaboration with Simon van Vliet. Estelle Pignon engineered uptake and leakage rates in communities of E. coli amino acid auxotrophs and studied the effects on spatial arrangement and composition.
