Fascinating presentation on how a reduction in oedema as a result of EVT, may be a more important effect on outcome than actual penumbra salvage. Meaning low ASPECTS may not be a relevant screening tool for EVT candidates unless we can differentiate shades of grey. #ESOC2024

Results from pre-hospital BP management in INTERACT-4 study. While overall neutral results, improvements in patients with ICH were seen. More reason to have pre-hospital brain imaging to differentiate early treatments. Paper now out. #ESOC2024
