This is a great change. I've always configured this by creating the managed Google account using an email alias on a shared mailbox, but skipping unnecessary stuff is always useful.

Can someone on the #Defender team please update the "Enable Local Admin password management" recommendation? Suggesting people implement Legacy LAPS is really bad, but at least run a check for Windows LAPS as well? Kthnx. #MicrosoftSecurity #MDE #DefenderForEndpoint

Why you should always use the Wipe Action in #Intune! You ensure consistency of the device configuration, as well as ensuring there's no chance of previous user data being accessed.

Just seen this in Service Health. Please don't try and use things like #Intune and #Autopilot without engaging with your network & security teams. Proxies break Windows Notification Service (WNS), and SSL inspection breaks, well, a bunch of stuff.

Most orgs have to align to some sort of standard for #EndpointSecurity, be it CIS, NCSC, ACSC, NIST etc. I'm curious as to who in your org is actually responsible for the grunt work of discussing, testing, remediating and deploying those benchmarks/standards? #Intune #Security

Just noticed some interesting updates to the docs page about WNS support and proxies. I maintain my position though, and you still need to talk to your damn network team! learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/…

Anyone that knows me knows I love proper, American Mountain Dew. The small corner shop near me bizarrely stocks various flavours, and I don't know if these are all just leftovers from July 4th, but this is 'MURICA DEW! 😅

Really interested in how people are installing the #M365Apps via #Intune, why you chose that method (and when), and how you're finding deployment time and consistency? Provide additional info in a comment if you can!

Sad my #ADHD won and I didn't submit all the sessions I wanted to WorkPlaceNinjaSummit. Seeing everyone travelling is giving me serious FOMO and nobody's posting about cool stuff yet! Hope y'all have a great time and I see you all soon. 💛

Prepping my #Intune 2409 Settings Rundown blog, and we finally get some Enterprise control of the #Windows Sandbox feature, which can be super handy for things like testing scripts and app installs! Thanks WindowsSandbox CSP! learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/…

Super weird issue raised on my OIB about the OneDrive L1 & L2 right-click menu's disappearing if you apply policy. I'm almost certain this didn't used to be the case which leads me to think it might be some OD Sync Client (or Windows?!) update that's breaking that. Anyone else?
