Oxford Nanopore Dorado/Herro error corrected simplex 🍌reads yield near T2T reference phased genomes @keygene with 16/22 T2T contigs in first trials in contrast to 2/22 T2T for HiFi-based assembly using ~30X coverage. Mile Sikic Impressive! More to come.
