Finally out in J. Am. Chem. Soc. our work on enzyme-driven "timers" for DNA strand displacement reactions!⏰🧬⏰🧬⏰🧬⏰. Do you want to control *when* a strand displacement reaction starts? Now you can... short thread if interested on how we did that... pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja… 1/6

Just got back from Analitica 2023, where I had my first oral presentation! Divisione_Chimica_Analitica_SCI In this work we conjugate tile-based DNA nanostrutture to lateral flow assay, stay tuned for more update! Special thanks to Francesco Ricci Lab, Erica Del Grosso, Alex Chamorro and Serena Gentile
Happy to see this one out Angewandte Chemie! Here we used DNA structures decorated with fluorescent tags and different recognition elements as lateral flow assay functional elements! Great job from PhD student Simone Brannetti and post-doc Serena Gentile!🧵 onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…
Happy to share our new preprint in Chemrxiv go.shr.lc/4er2ph8! In this work we demonstrate DNA dimerization networks for programmable input-output computation. Nice collaboration with SijbrenOttoLab + a great effort by Simone Brannetti, Erica Del Grosso & Serena Gentile! 👇🧵 1/n
Our latest work out in J. Am. Chem. Soc.! We report DNA networks that translate multiple inputs into programmable outputs. Great work by our PhD Simone Brannetti and by Erica Del Grosso. Only possible with the help of systems chemistry Master SijbrenOttoLab! short 🧵…pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…
